Thermal analysis simulates thermal behavior of different products subjected to external and internal loads. It is calculated mainly by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) which is a technique for modeling fluid flow and heat transfer on Control Volume.
The numerical methods divide the infinite inspected volume to finite number of small volumes. CFD solve simultaneously:

  • Momentum equation
  • Continuous equation
  • Energy equation

CFD is a technology which provides correctly-coupled and non-linear modeling of convection, conduction, and radiation in simultaneously.
